Hi,
I forgot to identify a face of a sheet metal part as a fixed entity when I converted the part to sheet metal. Therefore I can't create bends in the part.
Is there a way to go backwards and idntify the fixed entity / face now?
Thanks,
Matt

Ref SolidWorks 2009/2010 Sheet metal convert sheet metal functionality: yes, you can go backwards to the reselection just editing again your sheet metal feature ( right click on the icone, the ") and re select you new face fixed and to be consistent re select the adjacent edges ( common edeges ). works properly for most regular geometric shapes as cubic shapes. good luck on that, hope that solves your question.
Thanks,

What happens when you Edit the Sheet Metal feature that was added to the feature tree when you did the convert to sheet metal?
That should allow you to select the fixed face.
If that does not work, post your part so we can take a look.
