    Simulation trouble shooting help

I am trying to trouble shoot a simulation discrepency between two models (rev 1-0 and rev 1-1).  The models are very similar except for some modifications to structural ribs, but the simulation results are dramatically different (max stress double, max deflection about double for rev 1-1).  The simulations are set up identically, same fixtures, loads and mesh parameters.  In trying to solve this problem I set up a second study within the rev 1-0 model (study 2) with exactly the same paramaters as the initial study (study 1).  The results in study 1 and study 2 within the rev 1-0 model DO NOT MATCH!  I have checked the fixtures, loads and mesh parameters.  The number of elements and nodes in the mesh are identical in study 1 and study 2 (both within model rev 1-0).  So in review, I now have two studies within the rev 1-0 model that are set up the same, but yield different results.  Does anyone have some troubleshooting tips to suggest?  Thanks.
