I have heard claims that Adobe Pro Extended can import a Catia file into SolidWorks (http://www.scribd.com/doc/21560273/Importing-a-Catia-File-Into-Solid-Works-With-Adobe). I have not used it myself so I cannot give you first hand experience. Here is an Adobe product matrix listing the capabilities of Adobe Pro Extended (http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/matrix.html).

If Adobe can provide a Catia to SolidWorks converter, why is an add-in not available in SolidWorks? I suspect the answer is stated in this article: http://www.solidsmack.com/design-news/smack-catia-solidworks-translator-your-move-dassault/
What parsers have you found that will import Catia files with a feature tree?
