Install modelrescaler and mass alter dimensions

Hi,

 

How do I install the following modules/plugins:

 

ModelRescaler

 

and

Mass Alter Dimensions

 

i've put the exctracted files into solidworks/plugins folder. But I can't find them wehn Solid starts.
