Saving Solidworks files (drawings, assemblies, and parts) as other file types

I have an issue. I designed a lot of parts to transfer over to Adobe Illustrator for use as design images, but am having trouble saving my files as .ai. I've looked all over and it seems the option should be available, but when I try to save the files, all that comes up are the Solidworks file types (.sldprt, .sldasm, etc.). Does anyone know what the issue could be? Is it just a setting on Solidworks that keeps me from seeing these other file types or is there something missing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
