Problem w/ centerlines in section views

    Bill Hopcraft

I have a part with two configurations.  In one configuration a slot is sized for a #10 screw and in the other the slot is for a 1/4" screw.  My drawing for the part has a sectional view, with the section line coincident with the axis of the slot.  The drawing has a sheet for each of the two configurations.  I created the first sheet (for the #10 screw), then did a Copy/Paste to make the second sheet.  Then I edited the views on the second sheet to show the 1/4" screw configuration.  When I do this, however, the centerlines for the two slot arcs disappear.  They cannot be redrawn with the centerline tool.

If I do things the other way around, with creating the 1/4" slot drawing first, the same problem happens when I try to make a sheet for the #10 slot.  Is this a program bug or am I doing something wrong?
