HP xw6600 benchmark head-to-head suggests one machine faster than the other

We've got two workstations outfitted as follows:


HP xw6600, Xeon e5410 @ 2.33GHz, 8GB RAM,  Quadro FX1700, Win 7 x64, SW 2009 x64 SP2.1


Subjecting them to the Punch Holder benchmark test results in 134s for one machine and 252s for the other.  Both machines have fresh installs of OS and SolidWorks.  What in the World could be making these machines perform so drastically different?  Any ideas?
