Users Vaut View does not update/refresh

We have a user who's vault view does not show the latest and greatest files or updates in the vault.

Reboot was not successful. We deleted that users account in PDMworks and recreated his account, but to no avail.

We're using PDMWorks Workgroup 2008 on XP SP3 machines.

Any suggestions?
