Im having some problems sketching on a curved surface (see attached). Im trying to add circular ridges on the inside of the lens, but dont know how to go about it....

Ive done some more digging and Ive managed to do the attached. Ive created a sketch and used the curve pattern option. This worked, but the sketch did not follow the curve and has protruded through the front surface. Any suggestions?
Uploading the SolidWorks file helped.
You need to use the curve itself as an end condition, see my attached file. I did extrude From: a copy of the fact To: an offset copy of the face
Then when you do a Linear Pattern, as long as "geometric pattern" is NOT checked, it will also pattern from the one face to the other.
You will note that in my attached file, the second fillet won't pattern, sorry, you are going to have to add those back in by hand on each one. note that you can select faces to fillet, which might make it faster.
