I have just started to use solidworks again at a new company and I am have an annoying feature show up in the middle of the screen on parts and assemblies.  The mystery blue circle looks like something from vista/windows 7 but it is definatly a solidworks item.  Any idea what is is and how to turn it off?

I am using solidworks 2009 sp4.1  on windows xp
