New guy here - being converted from Inventor....

I've got the basic solid works package here - and I went to the help files -  thinking SQ had a standard parts library similar to Autodesk...

well, the nearest I can find is something called toolbox - and when i navigate to where mine should be, it says "not installed" RH menu on screen.

I then tried to download at least the couple of parts I needed - found a link to 3D content central ... and low and behold I can't find standard shapes there - mostly  hardware and motors, gears, etc.

Can someone please point this idiot in the right direction?
