Periodically, files saved to EPDM are not always added to the vault but are saved locally.  If you browse to directory which they are locally, the icon is greyed out.  Rt clicking on the file you can select 'Add file to Vault'.

Is there any simple way of locating these local files so you can 'Add file to Vault'?  If files are local you can not use search.

This typically happens with non-SW files such as pdf, corel and Inventor.

We have noticed this issue when our Doc Control tries to move a file to another directory, but the specified directory contains a local version, thus not allowing the Move.  Next we try to 'hunt down' the User Machine which has the local copy.  There must be an easier way to find these local copies.
