I have made a small experiment with a beam and its vibration. According to my calculation damping coefficient unit (damper parameters tab in motion analysis) should be Ns/m and not Ns/mm has anyone noticed that?
The units of the damping coefficent (for forces) are force/velocity. Whether the velocity is in m/s or mm/s depends upon your length units. Both choices are correct and unit conversion should happen automatically based on your document unit settings in Tools->Options. In other words, if you know the coefficient in one set of units, you could choose those units, enter the value in those units and then change to any other set of units. The number will automatically get converted to the curent set of units.
