Can someone explain to me what is meant by a "disjoint" feature?  I have a sheetmetal part that won't flatten due to a disjoint feature.  If you suppress the circular pattern "CirPattern2-Tube 1" the flatten feature will work, so I'm assuming it's this pattern that's preventing it from flattening.  Anyone know what's wrong?  It used to flatten...not sure what's changed.

Update: I've narrowed it down further to the pattern of the small holes (Cut-Extrude2).  The actual hole feature is fine, but when they are patterned the ability to flatten the part is lost.  Still not sure why or how to get around it, so if there's someone out there who can help I'd appreciate it.
