more (useless) messages

i have uninstalled and reinstalled SW2010 SP3.1 two times now and whenever i try to log on to 3d content central from SW i get this message. i ahve my AV turned off and i cleaned the registry. why does installation of SW have to be such a bad experience?


anyone know what this means? i looked in the knowledge base and searched the forums but no luck.



then when i hit ok...i get this message. i must be connected to the internet since i am on the forums.

any help would be appreciated.
