When we try to bring in nuts and bolts, it gives us an error message that the current part is being modified by another user and to try again in a few minutes. When you click ok the part disappears. Any ideas? We are using solidworks 2010.
Quoted from the Knowledgebase: "That error can be correctly issued if two users are trying to insert sizes of the Toolbox part that have not been made yet. One user will be blocked from using the part until the configuration creation invoked by the other user is complete. In this case the user that is blocked should try the Toolbox part insertion again in a few seconds and the error should not be issued again.
This error can also occur if the general Windows Read-Only file attribute is not set properly on the Toolbox part. At the location where the Toolbox data resides (ToolboxPartFolder path in the Toolbox.ini file) there is a "browser" folder. This "browser" folder and all of its subfolder and files in it need to have the general Windows Read-Only file attribute turned On."
