My entire tech support team is unable to answer dimensional questions because of freezing when trying to measure issue. When will 2010 SP4.0 be released? I'll take a beta or EV version... anything to get up and running again. Any help with this issue is appreciated.
Hi Jeff, I did contact my VAR, but unfortunately they were not very helpful. It wasn't until I found this forum that I was able to identify the actual problem. We had sp0, sp2 and sp3 installed, none of which worked. I don't have sp1, but my guess is no dice since sp0 didn't work.

Greg, I wonder if you might be able to uninstall eDrawings, download the eDrawings Viewer (not Publisher) and install that for measuring/checking purposes instead. My clients do this and it seems to work fine for them.
Greg, have you tried calling your VAR to get some help in rolling back to a previous SP? That might solve your issue, if available.
