Our second meeting for 2010 is coming up on June 15th, Tuesday 6:30 - 8:30 pm at University of Louisville - Henry Vogt Building. We are very fortunate to have a key Solidworks employee as our feature presenter.

We are pleased to announce our feature presenter for the next meeting

Avelino Rochino, Certification Specialist:

Avelino has been with SolidWorks for 7 years, first as a member of the SW Product Definition Team for 4.5 years before joining the Certification Team.  During that time he specialized in defining Sheet Metal, Weldments, Routing, and Core Functionality in Product Definition.

Now he’s responsible for customer service of SolidWorks Certification as well as creating and maintaining most of the SolidWorks customer certification exams.

He has been involved with 3D CAD for 20+ years working with CATIA, Solid Designer, Solid Edge, IronCAD and now SolidWorks.

Avelino will be presenting on the current CSWP exam.

Topics he will cover are:

  • Exam structure
  • Hints and strategy for passing
  • Study guide
  • Free coupon to take the CSWA or CSWP exam
