If you have simulation enabled under add-ins (Tools>Addins...), a new menu tree called "Solidworks Simulation" will appear under help (see picture). From this menu you can access help and tutorials. I found both particularly useful.
Youtube also has some videos, but I find they are sometimes more promotional than practical.
