I'm having problems checking in CWR files into the PDM vault.
When I click the check in button, this is what I see.
If I then select the file ie. go to click the tick box, this is what I see and the error message get.
If I change the revision of the file, it still remains red.
I've spoken to my VAR on the matter. They are going to look into it. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks. I am aware of how to check in the results. There is an existing .cwr file in the vault and I'm trying to check in another one with the same name. Frankly I'm starting to wonder if it is such a good idea checking .cwr results into the vault.
if you have in SolidWorks Workgroup PDM Options --> Command Defaults --> Check In --> Include COSMOS Results.
SolidWorks Workgroup PDM will be automatically detect and check in COSMOS/Simulation

Thanks, I suspect you are on the right track here. It is likely that the FEA .cwr file was recreated from a different study and so will be different to the original but have the same name.
I guess my options are to either change the name of the new .cwr file or to just check in the new file. Can you tell me what happens if I check in the new file. Does it overwrite the existing one even if I give it a new revision?

I mis spoke previously, only "Working copies" get overwritten, sorry.
No, it creates a new version(revision), however, this file may or may not have the same "history" as the previous version(revision). Previous versions are always available.

Thanks Devon. I checked the file in without any problems. When I look at the history of the .cwr file in question it shows both the original file and the latest revision.
Have also checked the file out winding it back to the original file revision and found that it opens with the original FEA study.
It seems then that though the file shows up as being red, it is just a warning. It doesn't indicate that once checked in it will cause problems in Workgroup PDM.
