I'm used p2d format in SW. herewith attached example part & decals file.
what solidworks version are you using? I opened and rendered your file fine in pv360.
you could try changeing you logo to .png or .jpg.
Under 'view' menu in swx make sure 'decals' is checked (on).
Chandana, here's a real dumb question: When you apply the decal in SW did you save the file before opening it in PV360? I did this several times before it hit me that I needed to save first.
Here is a PV360 render I did to show a customer decal on a curved door.

what format are your decals? Jpeg or Png etc? can you post your parts and decal here and i will try for you.
