In weldment, I have some parts and two identical sub-weldments.
Is it possible to combine those two sub-weldments in one folder (Cut-list), so I can have them in Cut-list as one part with quantity 2.
Drag the one into another folder and delete the empty folder.
Yes, but what about automatic generation of cut-list?
That must be turned off... And, that's not the correct way of doing it, is there a way so that the cut list is working automaticly.
Enclosed is screen shot of my situation with cut list automatic turned off (seems like new ER is coming up).
Not sure I fully understood your need but you can further drag them to one folder and delete the second.
Enclosed is the screenshoot.
If this automatic is not working, then the cut-list table is not updating. And it appears that it is not possible to work because of comining the sub-welds...
You understand now?
Did you checked "Create Cut list item" option??
I have that appeared as a folder, and sub-weldment folder inside it. Inside that cut-list I make one more subweldment, and that is ok...
But when I export that subweldment, then I have some problems with custom properties... I cannot change them on the bodies... They are not editable... I will try to work on this and give you some feedback if I find a way to solve it...
And I am going crazy right now, my SW crashed during updating of DT configs....
Sometimes SW can realy be anoying... I don't understand, if they are making new features, why don+t they make them to work fully, it is always something missing...
