How do you save configurations in eDrawings?

According to the information in the help file ....

From SolidWorks, create a configuration and publish the part or assembly  containing the configuration by clicking File > Publish eDrawings  File ( in the Save flyout toolbar). In the Save  Configurations to eDrawings file dialog box, select the configurations to  be saved to the eDrawings file.

.... I should be getting a dialog box to select configuations to be inlcuded in the eDrawings file.  I am not getting this dialog box.  When I click File > Publush eDrawings File, SW just creates the *.easm file.

Any help would be appreciated,

thanks,

Todd
