Vikas,
I can see that you want to have features so it can be easier for you to make it in CAM, probably.
Well, it seams to mee that you model is complicated, don't know why.
Enclosed is the solution that is working, just add some holes which are missing. You had 2 revolved features, which I removed, and also tapped G1/4 unsupressed.-..

Harsen
Now the part is not a weldment, I mean, now it is a single body part, which I do not want. Because I have to apply different material to different bodies to get the proper BOM/cut list in drawing.
Moreover many of the hole are also deleted/suppressed. If SolidWorks treat this part as complicated then God knows what will happen with our complicated parts .
Anyone from SolidWorks listening?
Hello Vikas,
Ok, Now that makes it clear.
Try to separtate Sketch1. You have 2 profiles there. Each profile should be one feature.
Now, my SolidWorks also crashed, when I tried to change something on your sketch
Just make the part again, and do the thing with the sketches as I told you.
Also, when you start buidling the part, start as weldment.
If you have some sketches or drawings, of welded/machined, feel free to send them.
Regards,
Hello Vikas,
I rebuid nd it's not crashing, but the confirgurations and features are not working together.
As you can see, enclosed.
Machined and Welded, the same, even if the features are supressed/unsupressed.
I think that the problem mght be with these sketches. Try to make them each separeted.
Regards,
