Check if you have Solid/Surface geometry selected Export options forACIS.
To export models to ACIS format:
In a model document, click File, Save As.
In the dialog box, set Save as type to ACIS (*.sat), then click Options.
In the Export Options dialog box, select from the following options:
Click OK, then click Save to export the document. Finally import that file in ACAD and check.

if i import that file intoAUTOCAD, nothing is showing on the screen,it empty,i zoomed fully, but it display nothing
in SW I use zoom to fit
try to find in ACAD something similar
In ACAD, we do zoom all or zoom to extent.
it works fine
but when i opened the model in autocad, the views are changed,
for example , right view in solidworks and right view in autocad is different.
how to maintain same views in both softwares
thanks,it works fine.
right view in solidworks and right view in autocad is different.
right view in solidworks and right view in autocad are different.
I'd rather redefine view in SW (I find it easy)
due to ACAD
and repeat 'save as ' procedure
(why are you repeating posts , I see also on my email that thread's
post even if they are not directly response to me )
