I was working and all of a sudden my assembly shot way out into space and every edge turned into a solid line. The center of rotation shot about a mile away and now im stuck. I have attached the assy as well as a screenshot. Does anyone know what could have happened? Better yet does anyone know how I can fix it?

I supressed those mates but it did not fix anything on my end. I think this problem is deeper than mates but it did seem to happen as I was applying a mate. I am rebuilding the assembly from scratch. Thanks for the reply.

If you just suppressed the "bad" mates, then the saddle part is still out in space. You need to bring it back near the rest of the parts in the way Wayne suggested so that you can work with it in a normal fashion.

Things disappeared because your third part from the bottom (saddle<1>) is way out in space. Suppress the three mates on it and mate its origin to the assy origin for positioning only to bring it back in with the rest.
The video issue I haven't figured out yet. The Retracted config is ok.
