I don't think that is possible. eDrawings are a dead end as far as working files go. They are only to show what a design looks like. You can't get any manufacturing data from them other than what you can measure with the measure tool, assuming that it has been enabled. If you need to create a bunch of DXFs and DWGs then the original Solidworks files and task schedulder is going to be your best bet.
