Just updated to '10 and when I make a new mate, they now have an icon. It is shown below. What is this and does it have a different meaning than a mate without the icon

I believe this is a new for 2010 mate icon which indicates this mate is "grounded".

  To clarify slightly, it means that this mate is part of the "path to ground" of the component, not necessarily that the mate itself is "grounded". Basically, its significance is that if you modify that mate, the component will move. Modifying a mate without that symbol will move other components, but not affect that component's position.
