I am trying to understand how one can use flow works to model a geometry that contains two parrallel plates encased in a peek casing. There is a hole cut out in the peak casing to allow flow in and a fraction of the gas flows between the plates while some fraction flows through a second cut out to atmosphere. The problem is the device is an assembly of multi component peices. So there are physical discontinuity in the pieces that gas can flow through which is not vital experimentally but not sure how to deal with this in simulations.
I have include a cross section of the geometry and marked out the gas flow path. Hoping that something can get me started on this or willing to give it a try. I also have the file available in solidworks.
