I am using routings to auto-route a spline between two fittings. This works well and creates the tube between the fittings well. However as my design changes, the location of these fittings can change. The tubing does not change with the location of the fittings, it remains going to the original location of the fittings. Could someone please help me so that this tubing will change along with my design.

I just created a quick tube route with 3 end fittings and a tee. I started the route with the first fitting and added the other components into the route sub-assembly (you can see all of this in my feature tree screen shot). I then moved 2 of the end fittings and tube route updated as it should.
Try this a quick test - start new assembly, add fittings, route, move fittings. If that works, it might be that you have your tube sketch lines/splines nailed down to something other than the fitting - which would be odd, but plausible. Check you your relations for the route sketch.
Here are a couple of screen shots of piping betweeen tanks. I changed the position of nozzles and the piping changed with the nozzle. Maybe you could post the parts. This was done in 2009.
I have seen it happen that a CTRL+Q will sometimes update the route, sometimes not. If it doesn't work, then edit route is the answer.
Not sure how you are building your models Rob, but these routes changes with edits to flange positions on tanks only. In one case I never had routing running and was able to make the required change by moving the flange only. The only problem I had was a custom elbow (not a standard angle) that had to be redefined by editing the route, which is what you would expect.
Same route with a bit more complexity. Route changed position and rebuilt without being edited.

I don't have Routing but I do this a lot with a cross section swept along a path for my ducting.
It may be similar but what I've done is create an assembly level 3D sketch with the route(s), then in each part create a new 3D sketch for the swept profile and just convert the assembly level 3D sketch entities. That way, as the assembly parts change orientations, the assembly 3D sketch updates and the subsequent part 3D sketches update from the dependency.
Again, I'm not familiar with the Routing package but if it works in this "manual" method, it should be repeatable for you thru Routing in a similar fashion.
