I am using SolidWorks 2010 and I am trying to add a square butt weld to a a sheet metal assembly.  I go to "Insert" --> "Assembly Feature --> "Weld Bead".  I selected square butt weld and selected all of the necessary faces and got a couple of different errors.  This is the first one that I got:

I changed the mates and size of one of the parts so that there was a .0005 gap between the two components.  I tried to create the weld bead again and this is what I got:

I have tried several different things to remedy this problem and keep gettin the same errors.  Please Help!
