hello all animation guru's.
I was wondering if users of Solidworks would be willing to post simple animation movies here of work they have done? Just for general interest.
Seems like you didn't apply the revolve cut properly. Can you post the files to check.
Yes, you can do that using in-context modeling. Check a similar tutorial here: Flexi Tube -1 (motion thorough a tube)
Came up with this for one of my companies condensing units. Would like to improve somewhat in the future. SolidWorks animation is 1:24 in.
More fun with Animation
Here is another one
Can you cut one SolidWorks part with another part, by animating the two?
Want to use gear on left to cut teeth profile into gear on right.
Pleas see this thread:
If not SolidWorks, what software can do this?

...just amazing... :-o
...I would like to simulate the bulk material, such as sand or soil which falls from up (1) above a moving conveyor belt (2) which transports it to the end of the conveyor (3) and creates a heap (4). (picture example: http://i45.tinypic.com/k21.jpg)
Have you ever seen tutorials that can help me? How can I get this?
