i have all admin rights but i m not able to create the NEW VALUT & facing the following error( please see the attached PDF)
Thanks in advance
It's a permission problem, the sa login to connect to the SQL Database is incorrect. Contact your VAR and let them know.
Interesting that they changed the sa account name
we already discuss with var but he is not able to give the proper solution
if u know what is the exact problem so explain to me.

Actually var is saying to install EPDM (by setup file EnterprisePDM.msi ) & SQl Sever2005 (by setup file SQLServer2005_BC.msi ) on each client machine now that error message is not coming .
but my doudt is it required to install sql server2005 on each client machine or if it is required so it should be the part of EPDM setup.
You need not to install MS SQL 2005, on each client machine. I hope your VAR Is referring to install SQL DMO backward compatibility driver.
But Admin Image install of SQL Server ? I can help you if you need more assistance. Kindly contact me at email@example.com
i think ur right so tell me how we can resolve this problem
I think that your problem is that your SQL server has a firewall which blocks connection between pdm client and sql server
so here is what you need to try
1- turn off firewall on SQL Server Machine and PDM client machine
2- Make sure that the sql login is correct
after you do that, your pdm must work, and if it works you need to turn on the firewall back and open ports in both firewalls, port 3030, 1433 and 1434
