We created one welment part having 5 to 6 different bodies....(not strucutral ...can say multibody part) in SW2010 SP 2.0
Problem is when we open that part from assembly or drawing First body in part hides automatically...... and if we flip(ctrl+tab) to drawings there also its hidden....
every time i have to show it ...and save but it is repeating the same...
but other than those sepcific parts other multibody parts are ok.

I dont think this will be solution because we want to keep all settings as it is and mainatin the tepmlate settings.
Not beeing to experienced myself and thinking of my own "eurekas" that I've had over the last months....
Could it be related to configurations (or display states if it is available in multibody parts in 2010??)

Have you checked your graphics card driver is up to date? Using the SolidWorks RX tool > Diagnose is the quickest way to check this. The only reason I mention this is that others have tested your part and it seems ok. Is it machine specific? i.e. does it happen to other machines on site?

I have the same problem, dont't worry too much, it's just one more of SW bug's.
There is one solution from SW support, but you need too loose one day for it.
I didn't tried it yet, but here you can see. You need to fix the registry, and to reinstall everything...
1. Log on a Windows session with a local administrator account.
2. Turn off all Antivirus and Firewall (very important).
3. Start SolidWorks and export the license (if standalone)
4. Uninstall SolidWorks.
5. Delete the registry key HKLM\Software\SolidWorks.
6. Delete all the SolidWorks installation folders (C:\Program files\SolidWorks)
7. Uninstall all Windows FrameWorks (from 1 to latest) from add and remove program.
8. Uninstall C++ redistributable (2005 and 2008).
9. USE THE ATTACHED TOOL to clean-up the Framework installation.
10. Restart the computer.
11. Log on a Windows session with a local administrator account.
12. Turn off all Antivirus and Firewall (very important).
13. ReInstall C++ Redistribuable (2005 and 2008). Note you have to download them from Microsoft Website.
14. ReInstall Windows Framework from 1.1 to 3.5 Note you have to download them from Microsoft Website.
15. Install the certified Graphic card driver.
16. Restart the computer.
17. Log on a Windows session with a local administrator account.
18. Turn off all Antivirus and Firewall (very important).
19. Start Windows update to get the lastest updates.
20. Restart the computer.
21. Log on a Windows session with a local administrator account.
22. Turn off all Antivirus and Firewall (very important).
23. ReInstall SolidWorks.
If I met that problem
I'd set all to default display settings.
