SolidWorks kills video card driver

I have a problem with the nVidia Quadro FX1700 video card.  After using Solidworks for a few hours, the screen starts to NOT redraw properly.  This means that the driver has stopped working properly and when I reboot, the nVidia card will not be recognized buy the system.  I have to uninstall and re-install the video drivers to get it working again.  I have tried the drivers from Solidworks, but they work even worse than the latest from nVidia. I have tried a new card, same problem.  We have at least 20 people that have similar problems.  They vary on severity, but the fix is always the same.  We are using the HP xw8600 computer.

Has enyone else had this problem?

Thanx

I have been told the problem!  I have the system running in 3G mode with 4G of system memory. Apperently, the video drivers need an equal amount of system memory as the card has.  And limiting the system to 1G was causing the problems. I increased the syatem memory to 1.4G and everything works.

thanx to those who answered.
