This is a new issue. I cannot drag sketch entities. SW did this to me yesterday but it resolved itself in about 1 minute. Today I have started where I left off and I connot drag sketch entities. These are all on:

Automatic Relations

Enable Snapping

Automatic Solve

and No Solve Move is off.
