Workgroup PDM doesn't check-in sub assembly parts when the sub assembly is 'internal'

Question asked by Samuel Schweighart on Mar 15, 2010

It appears that the PDM Workgroup UI doesn't understand 'internal' assemblies.  Normally when I check in assemblies, it goes down the tree, and opens sub assemblies and checks in the parts in sub-assemblies that have changed.  However if that sub-assembly is internal, it doesn't look inside it for changed parts.

Is this a known limitation?

Attached is a dummy assembly...

When I check in 'testassembly'  it does not check in 'testpart'

I've attached an screen capture also
