I am working on a "2" size drawing (B size) and have a large radius on the part.  The radius dimension "center" is FAR off the sheet so I apply the "foreshortened" property.  The problem lies with the dimension itself.  It too is off the sheet and I cannot figure how to turn off the "center dim" that you typically get with a "right click" on a dimension.

The result is, I cannot get the dimension "itself" close enough to the part to gather all the "foreshortened" points on the sheet.  I'm dragging the foreshortened points close to the geometry of the part but I can only get so close, which is not close enough.

Any clues?  See attached.
