DESIGN SHEET METAL RADIUS-K-THISNESS

Hi,

My question is that i make "traps" when i design sheetmetal parts, in order to have the true development.

I fit radius~0.1 and K~0.1 then i have the true development (with thickness<4). It is not true, because the radius is not ~0, it usually=thickness.

For major thickness, i look these parameters in our bend machine.

I know about bends tables, but it depends about the bend machine and i  subcontract the parts in other factories.

Somebody knows how to handle these parameters??

THANKS
