Updates switching off graphics card

HI,

Just upgraded to 2010 SP2.1 everything running fine apart from Real view won't work and the open GL box is greyed out, this seems to happen everytime i upgrade. Previous upgrades i've had the IT manager reboot the pc using a profile from a couple of days ago but this is getting to be pain as it upsets other things. Last time i also installed the latest graphics driver but this made things worst.

Any ideas anyone,

If you have saved your customed usersettings-file, try reload/restore them over updated SolidWorksSP.
This should do it. If this is notworking, try also update/reinstall graphics card driver --> SolidWorks recommended certified graphics card driver.
I had this problem several times and one of those procedures worked for me.

Do you have any SW files open when you try to change your Open GL settings?

You need to launch SW, but not open any files when trying to set that toggle in the System Options.

Also, have you updated the graphics driver for the OS, computer hardware and version of SW you are now using?
