I have an engineer trying to use Simulation getting an authorization failed error message whenever he tries to open the simulation add-in. We have a license for Simulation Premium (network license), and the network license is available according to the license administrator.
I am IT support, so I do not know how to use Solidworks. Is there anything I can look at to figure out why he's having problems? We have drafters on Solidworks 2009 using Simulation without any issues.
