What does this icon in the feature manager tree mean?

Hi, probably a dumb question, but what does the small grey icon next to each component in the feature manager tree of an assembly mean? See attached screenshot.  It is also next to title of the assembly at the top of the feature manager tree.

This icon is for educational files i.e. files created in Educational version of SolidWorks.
