Fastener Density???

We have our toolbox set-up on our network for all of the designers to access the common database we have set-up. We add our own part numbers and description to the fasteners.

The problem is that the density is not right for the fasteners in there. We need to set them to stainles steel and have it applied to all of the fasteners that we are accessing off of the network.

How can I apply this change?
