Disappearing Model

A bit of an odd problem, I'm loading an eDrawing I received and am having a hard time viewing it. When I load the file, it flashes the model and then blanks the view area (first image), I can mouse over and the part names will display though they will not disappear (second image), but if I rotate the model it appears (third image). If I do not move my mouse it stays displayed but if I twitch the mouse at all, it reverts to being a blank area. I have tried updating the program as well as update my video drivers but neither have worked. Also changing between performance and speed for the graphics option did nothing. I'm out of ideas at this point, any thoughts?
