Problems selecting Result Locations in Design Scenario

I am fairly new to using FEA software but have used SolidWorks for all of my modeling and limited FEA projects.  In my newest project, I am attempting to find the relative displacement of two spheres after being compressed by a force in the -Z direction.  This force will be incremented by 1N per simulation, and this situation is a perfect opportunity for a design scenario.  I am using a quarter of the model and implementing circular symmetry fixtures to model the entire system.

However, the design scenario always reports the maximum displacement by default where I would like the displacement of the two centers of the spheres to be reported.  I tried clicking on the Result Location tab and selecting the verticies, but the drop-doiwn menu still shows "None" for the reported locations.

I am using SolidWorks 2009 SP4.0 and have attempted selecting the center vertices on both Windows XP and Windows 7.
