I am trying to include a revision table in each of our four sheet formats so I don't need to add it every time I start a drawing.  So far, I have managed to edit the revision table to suit our needs.  I was able to set and save the anchor point corner, and I've edited all four of our sheet formats placing the anchor point in the upper right corner of the sheet.  Everything is working as expected with the exception that I need to insert the revision table every time I start a drawing.  My goal is to have the revision table in place when I start a drawing.  I tried including the table in the sheet format, but that appears to be not allowed.  I tried adding the revision table to the drawing template, but it doesn't anchor correctly for each of the sheet formats when I use that method.

Is it possible to have a revision table automatically anchored to the top right corner of each of several sized drawings as I have described above?  If it is possible, what step am I missing?
