I have bottles and jars, square, and oval shape the outside corners are .039 rad. When I shell using an .080 wall of course SW comes back with self intersecting. These are customer outer surfaces can change .039 rads. Inside is my core do not sharp. Any one care to help.

A couple things to try that might work for you:
- Try putting the shell in before the .039 fillets, then fillet inside and outside after the shell.
- If you're dealing with imported geometry, you might be able to first "delete face" on the .039 fillet, shell, then re-add the .039 fillet and inside fillets after the shell
you will probably need to "shell" it manually.
use surface offsett on the main faces, trim and or join them, and then add the needed inside radiusses. you can then use the cut with surface feature.
