failing concentrical mates between fasteners and holes when hole size is changed

I had at least 2 instrances in an assembly when mates where broken using hole cylidrical surface after adjusting the hole size.

Is this a normal behavior?

No one else has this question

If you Just changed the hole size and not the hole type, that is not normal behaviour.

Was a chamfer added?
Did you apply the mates individually, or using the Alt select edge method?

  I do not recall changing hole type. It may be connected to the fact that I was using a different computer for editing that assembly. No more errors after rebuild.
