While you are editting the sketch you can toggle
TOOLS>SKETCH SETTINGS>AUTOMATIC SOLVE
Made all what changes? You mean you are changing dimensions that drive your sketch, and you want to change a bunch of dimensions and then apply all changes at once so your model doesn't do freaky stuff?
First, you must turn off Instant3D. Then, you must make your changes to your dimensions outside the context of editing the sketch. Double-click on the model geometry or the feature of interest in the feature tree. Change all your dimensions, then hit Rebuild.
