This has been driving me nuts.  I can't recall if this was a problem in 2008 but it sure is in 2009.  How do you change which side of the dimension text the bent leader will appear on radius and diameter dimensions?  I have had numerous occasions where the bent leader will NOT switch sides when I rotate the dimension around a circular part.

Please see the attached JPEG.  The bent leader on the .156 radius dimension will not move to the left side of the text, no matter how I rotate the dimension.  There is no option like on linear dimensions where you click the dimension and then click the little blue dot that flips the leader to the other side.  Why this does not exist on radius and diameter dimensions is beyond me.

I'm on SW2009 SP4.1.
